Thank you for shopping with Buy Menu Covers . Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed inline with the lead time quoted at time of quote/order.
All shipping lead times are best estimates due to the nature of items being bespoke manufactured. Should you have a set deadline, this will need to be advised at time of enquiry/ prior to confirming your order.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are our standard shipping options and estimated delivery times:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, carrier network delays). Next Day Delivery is only available for orders placed before [2:00 PM].
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active immediatley.
International Shipping
We currently ship worldwide
Please note the following regarding international orders:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Buy Menu Covers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delivery Times: International shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Damages & Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging our products, but we understand that issues can happen in transit.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at hello@smartuk.net with a photo of the item and the packaging. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate. If they are unable to resolve the issue, contact our support team for further assistance.
